Training   

 

  • A two week training programme on RS & GIS techniques was organized by NESAC for the officials of Dept of Agriculture and Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Govt of Meghalaya during Sep 11-22, 2006.

  • NESAC with NNRMS sponsored a two-week training programme for officers of Soil Conservation Dept of Govt of Meghalaya on RS & GIS Techniques on Oct 16-27, 2006 in association with NRSA and NBSS & LUP.

  • Three students from Allahabad University have undergone hands-on training on RS & GIS applications for three months as part of their course work.

  •  NESAC scientists participated as resource persons in training programme organized by NBSS & LUP for officers of Meghalaya Govt in April, 2006.
